Jorge Diener

Jorge Diener is the founder and CEO of Visionary Partnerships LTD and DHM International Productions LTD, two European companies based in Budapest, and CEO of Diener Initiatives and Communications LTD, an Israel based company, CEO of Imagine Bulgaria LTD and CEO of Global Jewish Initiatives. Mr. Diener’ professional activity focuses in adding international value to local leaders, companies and organizations through a combination of training, consulting, coaching and networking building. In its core philosophy Mr. Diener’ companies aim to connect experiences from different cultures and societies as a mean of enriching organizational knowledge and human performance under the belief that the exchange of global values would contribute to a better and sustainable world for all.    .

Jorge Diener, before setting up his own companies, served for many years as a Senior Director at the American Jewish Joint Distribution Committee, where he gained an extensive international experience after spending years of service in Latin America, North America, Europe, the countries of the Former Soviet Union and Israel. He worked focusing on Community Development for over 12 years in several countries in Central and Eastern Europe, residing in Budapest, Hungary between 2003-2008 . During his tenure as Senior Director for the AJJDC, among other roles, he was Director of the Buncher Leadership Program that trained over 500 emerging Young leaders from 35 different countries through an extensive series of seminars, workshops and individual coaching. He also created the Black Sea Gesher Regional Youth Programs that brought young leaders from the Black Sea Region to different type of gatherings, happenings and creative workshops. In his role as a consultant for several NGO’s in the world, he developed specific marketing and branding tools for public and civil organizations, as well as a unique approach to “Personal Branding” that enables emerging leaders to move up the scale through the development of their “Persona”. He has also developed unique models for organizational growth through a combination of communications and community development tools useful for political parties, communal organizations, NGOs, social movements and corporations. Throughout his years of experience, Mr. Diener trained, coached and consulted for over 1000 leaders and managers of all different backgrounds and sectors.

Jorge Diener, through his work as a Fund Raiser in the US and other countries, established a solid network of business, political and cultural connections that enabled him to develop both business as well as show-business projects through his two European companies. Among the main areas of focus of Visionary Partnerships, Jorge is currently developing international projects in the field of health care, tourism, and innovative renewable energy and water solutions. His activity as a political consultant has supported political parties in their political capital growth as well as international positioning and lobbying in major Western capitals, including Washington DC.

Among the main areas of focus of DHM International Productions, Jorge is an international agent for different artists, as well as is currently involved in film distribution, book publishing and TV shows production.

Through his activity as the CEO of Global Jewish Initiatives, Mr. Diener supports the activity of Jewish organizations all over the world and in Israel, through his work as a fund raiser and strategic consulting in board development and organizational development.

The establishment of Imagine Bulgaria LTD, his recently established company came as a result of the increasing demand of his services in the Balkan countries, including all countries from Former Yugoslavia and Romania.

Jorge grew up in Argentina and after graduating in Social Science and  International Relations immigrated in Israel in the early 90s, although since then lived in different continents. He is now based in Israel and Budapest and travels extensively.
